Wild Haddock Fillets

Haddock is, for most cooks, the most popular fish. It has been used for ages in the preparation of traditional Fish and Chips.

Many chefs from many different countries have adopted haddock as their fish of choice for their favourite recipes.

• Haddock can be prepared in a flash, and lends itself to every cooking method : oven-baked, grilled, pan-fried, sauteed, deep-fried, poached, steamed and every recipe turns out great.
• It has a white flaky flesh and texture that offers a tender lean source of protein. However, be careful for haddock's flesh is very delicate and has a tendency to crumble if cooked too long.
