Storage, Handling & Usage
- Storage: Keep Frozen. Store in the master case box until ready for use.
- Handling Instructions: Handle with care. Because our pasta is made with a delicate, thin semolina dough, the corners and edges may crack if the frozen bags are handled roughly.
- Preparation: Cook from frozen in boiling salted water. Since the filling is already fully cooked, you only need to cook until the raw pasta reaches a perfect al dente texture.
